This can be called a real profession of hospitality by itself. Not only very nice, but also very highly qualified stuff (especially Mr. Redoy). Very clean rooms and common areas as well. Interiors furnished with a realy good taste with high quality equipement. Finally the food fulfilled all the expectations with a high variety. The hotel has a very good access to the road taking you to the Moreeb Dune and the desert in general, but in the same time is localized on a very nice hill a descent distanse from the main road so it is quiet and you're not disturbed by cars.
Featuring inner courtyard views, Liwa Guest House in Z̧afīr offers accommodation and pool with a view. The campground features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi.
Situated in Mezairaa, Damas Resort provides accommodation with seating area. This holiday park has a rooftop pool, a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking.

The private space is good. The whole place belongs to you and no on else.
The room and the overall checkin and checkout experience...
The room and the overall checkin and checkout experience were great.
The breakfast in my opinion must be looked into and improved.
Here are some key points you can improve:
- Choice of food: You should propose more choices like Hummus, moutabal, labneh, salmon, different kind of ham (turkey, veal, chicken, beef, dried, etc.)
- The scrumbled eggs were dry, scrumbled eggs must be creamy
- More choice of fruits (we had a only small plate of fruit cuts)
- Labelling : if it is Milk label it milk, if it is almond milk label it almond milk. My son served himself with almond milk thinking it was milk according to the label and spit it because he was surprised by the taste. Good thing he is not alergic.
The breakfast buffet and service gave us the impression of not being at the same level of the rest of the hotel.
Breakfast service :
We waited too long to have someone to come seat us
We waited too long to have someone come and take the hot drinks order.
The hot drinks self service machine was down
The waiters come to our table and do not remove the used plates.
Regarding the room:
The AC in the master bedroom was blocked and too much cooling, plus there was odor in the room. We did not call, because we wanted some intimity. Please make sure the rooms are in pristine condition for the guests before checkin. it is very frustrating to have to interrupt our time in the room to call maintenance to work on the room.
In Room Dining:
The food was good, but delivered without bread (an arabic mezze without bread...) and the delivered bread was not up to the expectations.
The food was also delivered withiut tissue. There was no tissue in the room. We asked for but never had them.
Overall you should be proactive to avoid customer frustration. So the service matches the Venue.
Pristine room befoee checkin, Pristine service don't wait for the (bad) comment to act upon it.

My wife and I are overwhelmed with the total experience and serenity this resort gave us during our stay. First of all, the pictures and videos on the internet doesn’t do any justice to the beauty and serendipity of this beautiful lavish resort. You ought to visit and see it yourself. The staffs of this resort is the backbone and the reason which made our stay very pleasant. I’d like to specifically mention the names and their roles to appreciate their great service.
Ranesh - bell desk team
Ahmed Azeez - restaurant
CK - chef
Sobiya - reception
Yanis - restaurant
John - restaurant
George - lifeguard / front desk buggy team
I’m definitely coming back soon with my entire family and friends.

The only drawback of the place is the lengthy (140 km) first part of the trip from Abu Dhabi to Liwa. But once you are there, the last 50 kms are a delight for your eyes.
Then: very relax and friendly welcome, very competent reception and treatment, interesting and well run activities. What more do you need ?

Overall nice stay but LOTS of improvements to make. I believe there is a serious management issue. Positives are : Amazing location in the middle of the LIWA dunes, friendly staff and quick check-in. Modern rooms and furnitures. Nespresso well furnished. Good pressure of shower with hot water. Bedding. Pool at 34 degrees. Mirroring iPhone on LCD TVs.
We had a lovely stay at Liwa nights. The staff really made it for us, so accomodating and helpful with any requests and just so friendly. A very special experience to be camping in the middle of the desert.
Not much around, so enjoy the peace and quiet. Take a good book. Turn the phone off. Relax.
Excellent built and situated in Liwa desert. Big plus is the staff that is genuinely kind and helpful. Both the main building and the houses are very nice. The staff really try to make guest feel welcomed and at home. Very enjoyable weekend and I will certainly return with more friends.
