The location, service, room and food! Everything was perfect. Special thanks to the personal of the hotel and restaurant: kind, polite and very helpful. We were travelling with a baby 6.5 month and enjoyed every moment in the hotel!

The breakfast and the lunch I had in the restaurant were perfect. They even offered smoked salmon, and fresh nuts and fruits in the buffet breakfast. I had a view of the old town hall, which is beautiful, and could hear the ceramin bells chiming their wonderful sounds.

We were absolutely delighted by our stay in this apartment. The host - Martin - was very friendly and helpful, we had a pleasure talking to him. Great location, right in the heart of Gmunden, right next to waterfront. The apartment is quite authentic, the one can feel it is made with soul, kept clean and well-maintained. Ratio price-apartment is very good. I would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful, spacious and centrally located. It would also have an amazing view of the lake when they’re not working on the building exterior. We loved being on the water front and close to restaurants. Hosts were lovely too with lots of recommendations of what to do and where to eat. Comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children - children on sofa bed. It’s an interesting building which used to be a hotel.
