The staff of the hotel always nice and available. The room was cosy and big, with a nice terrace with view over the lake. The little beach equiped with toilettes, beach chairs, stand up paddel boards and sun umbrellas, made it very easy to enjoy the water and the lake with a small child.

The location is amazing! Take a room with lake view if available, absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly, even with my below-average German. The beach/park area (~10 minutes walk) is beautiful, and the house has private chairs and Stand-up paddleboards to use as well!

    Nice place but too small.

    Nice place but too small. Its for relax if you are kind of "stay at place" people. Nature great, but to much privat grounds around the lake. No walk way right next to the lake. Like it is f.e. at Bled lake. Its sit and enjoy the view, air and peace.

    approx. 200 m from the lake, beautiful and clean accommodation, excellent and rich breakfast, very kind and helpful owners, excellent communication, accommodation for dogs, free e-bike rental, they rent sports equipment for the water, private grassy beach, local food, the possibility of many bicycle trips even on foot, beautiful nature. Thank you very much.

    Very easy to do cycle trips ; lots of trails and also easy to cycle round the lake (ca 23km). Also easy to do walks. Swimming in the lake was wonderful. Reservations definitely need to be done as far in advance as possible during high season for restaurants in the evening. We were astonished how many restaurants were full. Klagenfurt easy to reach (by car) and Villach easy to reach (by bike) for trips in the towns.

    The lake offers a lot.

    The lake offers a lot. Hiking and visiting sights nearby is great. The bike tour around the lake was awesome too despite the rainy weather. There's a short hike to three waterfalls which is totally fine and also doable for kids. For vegetarians it might be a bit tougher to find a good place to eat. Options are limited and during the main season all tables might be reserved in advance. Planning ahead might also be a good idea when visitors want to rent bikes. Both the bikes (bike point Ossiach) and the food (Stiftsschmiede, Allegro) were of good quality though and the people are really friendly in this region.

    Everything was Suoer! Starting from the owners of the place very kind and helpful they make you feel at home. Beautiful location with an exceptional terrace with lakeview and awesome garden very nice atmosphere and convenient location to reach the facilities on the Oddiacher See. The apartment is big and filled with any commodity: oven, fridge, cooker, microwave oven, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, washing machine, hair dryer, and so on. Our stay has been really pleasant!

    The location was really beautiful. We had a direct view to the Ossiacher See, which was fabulous. The room was nice and quite large, no problem where to put our stuff to. Bathroom is really nice and also big. Breakfast was OK, not too large selection of food, but we could always had enough. Picture is from the window of the room.

    The hotel located a few minutes walk from an Ossiach lake shore. Simple room with small bathroom. Very good breakfast. The restaurant within the building with very satisfactory menu. Nice and helpful stuff. We spent just one night on a trip to Italy and it was quite good shot. Not sure if i I would like to spend more days.

    Great location. Perfect view of Ossiacher see, 10 minutes away from the ski slopes in Gerlitzen. Rich breakfast with homemade cheese. The staff is friendly and the owner Gregor is very kind.
