Guest reviewThe staff, especially Markus, were exceptional. I will come back again. The food, and all of the hardworking staff were wonderful, and spoke English when I could not put together my German. The location is perfect, the ski and boot rooms wonderful. The sauna was incredible.

We had lovely stay in Sankt Leonhard.
We had lovely stay in Sankt Leonhard. We did a big hike on Saturday and on Sunday we took the cable car up to the lake. The views both days were incredible, it's a beautiful area. I especially loved the cows, horses, and donkeys at the top of the first hike we did (unsure of the route name but it starts near to alpenhof hotel and goes to three alm huts) It's very difficult to get lost as there is one road going through the valley, but it also has busses, unfortunately they only go until 8pm but we were lucky to stay in a lovely hotel with a nice restaurant and bar.Guest review bySarahGermany

Avalanches and waterfalls come down from the mountains around, you can watch from the balcony :) 10 minutes by car to the Pitzdal Gletcher's lift. tasty local food. not just a usual basic schnitzel with potatoes. The dog of the hotel, Oscar, which is always around , the little daughter of one of the ladies from the hotel, who was always playing around and made us laugh of how cute she was. At lunch time, they were also offering some food which we haven't paid for. The food was delicious and fancy. The rooms and the hotel in general, was very clean. Starting from very pleasant staff and the owner, perfect service and room equipment. Beds are comfy. Breakfast is very good, the same counts foor dinner which consist from 4 courses. Hotel has good position, there is bus station directly in front of it. If you prefer to drive by car to the gletcher skiing area, its just like 10-12 minutes.
