The renovations have been done beautifully. The old style pub has been maintained with the comfort of todays expectations. The duty manager, Joe, went out of his way to guarantee we had a great stay.

The bathroom door was completely broken. We were thus unable to close it properly...which is uncomfortable when you are traveling with a colleague.

The atmosphere. The food and drinks were very good. The beds were comfy and the other guests were good company too. Loved the well-carpeted hallway and the collection of old but comfy furniture along the verandah.
