If I could move to Port Douglas, I would. This town is coeliac HEAVEN. I can eat at so many places here without any fear. Its the second best place for gluten free that I've ever been, besides Rome in Italy. The locals in Port Douglas are so friendly and laid back, the shops are good quality, the beach is divine, the surrounding areas have exquisite rivers and natural pools and its the most relaxed I've ever been. I love Port Douglas.
I love Port Douglas. It was my fourth visit and every time I enjoy it more, exploring more of nature and the lovely hospitality at our accommodation venues, restaurants, and shops. I look forward to my next visit. This time we ate at melaleuca, cucina and bar, wrasse and roe, Barbados and Hemingways for pre dinner drinks. We enjoyed the Port Douglas Sunday market and our trips to the Daintree, Mossman Gorge, snorkeling in the Great Barrier Reef and Hartleys.Guest review byIraAustralia

The accomodation I usually book for Port Douglas was booked out and I came across this house. I’m so glad I did. The host Nicole came to check if we settled in ok and needed anything. So lovey and accomodating. The house is beautiful and the pool amazing. The house had everything you need and is in a lovely quiet sit not too far from the main shops, we had a car with us so it was perfect. Lots of room for a large group. She is a wealth of knowledge and has fantastic recommendations for anything you wish to experience while in Port Douglas. The apartments are really comfortable and the facilities are great, including the pool area and laundry. Location is also great, a little walk into town, and the nearest beach is only a few minutes.
