When we arrived we was made to feel very welcome, The staff were very pleasant and the check in was quick and efficient. The hotel itself was very clean and fresh the room was bright and beautifully decorated with soft colour scheme and the exposed support beams were a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom done to a high standard modern and clean.Upon check out there was a misunderstanding as regards to the room I booked and the room we was given was actually a considerable amount more expensive. The reception manager Susanne dealt with this very professional and thankfully realised the confusion on both sides.I can’t thank her enough for the way she handled the situation and would like to think the hotel hold her in high regard as we would certainly stay in the hotel when we visit in the near future.

Bruges is a picture perfect medieval city that will charm you with its distinctive, century-old houses, plentiful canals and city walls. The famous 13th-century Belfry offers the opportunity to watch the cobbled market place, the Grote Markt, below while 47 bells call out to the city every 15-minutes. While you’re in the Grote Markt you can take a ride in one of the horse-drawn carriages around the city.

Many interesting artefacts can be found in the churches of Bruges, a Michelangelo statue is housed in the Church of Our Lady and the Basilica of the Holy Blood contains a vial of blood reportedly from Jesus Christ. Other museums include the Groeninge Museum which includes works of art spanning 6 centuries.

Belgium cuisine is famous worldwide and the cafes of Bruges offer an inviting retreat from the cooler climate. Brewery De Halve Maan explains the process behind the beer which washes down the world-class fries, chocolate and mussels found all over the city.

Bruges is a very clean, interesting city to investigate.

Bruges is a very clean, interesting city to investigate. There is lots to do such as boat rides, museums and the beer factory experience. We particularly enjoyed the Historic Experience which told a story set in Bruges. It was very atmospheric. There are loads of restaurants to choose from, particularly in the square. We loved exploring all the streets and admiring the wonderful architecture of the buildings. We would definitely recommend a visit to Bruges.

Bruges is a beautiful city and well wort a visit, It is relatively small and can easily be seen in a day. It is busy with tourists but manageable. The locals are very friendly and restaurants have menus in multiple languages however food and drink is expensive as are hotels and parking so beware.

The canal is lovely and the short canal boat trips are worth it for the information of the area. Orfeo (Italian Restaurant) was a great find. If you don't book before the day, it is worth wandering in to see if they have space. We went for a day to Ghent - and although the Cathedral is amazing, I preferred Bruges. The Salvador Dali exhibition in the gallery next to the Bell Tower was fantastic!

Stunning city… and lovely people. We took a trip on the canal, did a couple of the city walks that took in the sights, bell tower, canals, windmills etc Visited the Beer Museum. Ticked the box in tasting coffee, waffles, fries, beer, Flemish stew and of course chocolate.

A very pretty city, with an easily accessible Old Town. Many of the important sites are within easy walking distance and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants to enjoy along the way. Not too crowded at this time of year. We enjoyed immersing ourselves in the history of this important city.

The location of this hotel is perfect. I stayed here two times already when visiting Bruges, it's 10 minutes walk from the station (where you can leave your car), or you can use a free city bus (just show them the ticket from the parking at the station, and they will get you to the city center, the stop is 100 meters away from the hotel). The room was nice, and perfectly matching the price I have paid. All in all, you won't probably spend a lot of time in the hotel while you are in Bruges, and this hotel was perfect for me.

The host Lyn was so welcoming and greeted us with a glass of bubbly on the sun terrace. She took the time to tell us what to explore in Bruges. The hotel is like something from a fairy Tail right on the canal. Breakfast is so lovely. The hotel is family driven and in a very quiete area that allows good quality sleeping. However very close to city centre, so the position is great. The whole Bruges feels safe and so is this area too. The room was not so big but sufficient for our stay, and it was clean. Bathroom very good. Heating worked perfectly.
