Ok hotel but nothing special. Staff not super friendly, breakfast looked so bad that I went to Starbucks next door.

I have driven past the Midland area many times in my life but this was my first time visiting and it was well worth the stay. There was lots of lovely scenic areas to walk, and the food was fantastic. Being vegan my favourite restaurant was MegaMindful Living and the downtown had many interesting mom and pop stores. Next time I hope I can stay longer. I think it will be a beautiful place to return to in the fall when the leaves start to change colour.

Midland is a great and fun place to visit.
Midland is a great and fun place to visit. As part of our BFF Getaway in June 2023, we visited the Saint Anne Catholic Church, Discovery Harbour, King's Wharf Theatre, Wendat Park, Sainte Marie Among the Hurons, Martyr's Shrine, Midland Downtown Murals and Harbour, Little Lake Park, and the Victoria Harbour. Exploring Midland is highly recommended for history, culture and tradition.

The purpose of our trip was to attend a funeral so we were not able to take in some of the wonderful attractions in the area. Our hotel the Midland Inn was a pleasant surprise. It was close to the hwy. and to downtown. Good value for the money.

Sorry, I rated wrong for your hotel Midland Inn and Suite, the bad comments were supposed to be for another hotel I stayed the following night. I would like to correct it.
Midland Inn and Suite was great, new and comfortable in the room, breakfast was good in many choices of bread. Coffee was great.

This house is really unique due to having most of the original fixtures, woodwork and other elements retained since it was built in the early 1900s (if I have remembered this correctly from what our hosts said). It is a true heritage site. Ross and Ginette were extremely nice and very experienced hosts. The breakfast was superb! Midland is a great location for access to other parts of the Georgian Bay National Park further north. We would definitely return if we are back in there at some point in the future.
Good breakfast, and free newspapers. Lovely warm pool of a good size. The hotel rooms are quiet and doors don't bang like so many other hotels.. We have stayed on two occasions with a full hotel each time and we had very comfortable stays both times.
The beds are very great quality with lovely smooth sheets and decent thickness pillows. (not too bulky)
This is our go-to hotel when travelling through the area.
The room was clean but the hotel tried to rip me off by double charging me the room after I paid through booking com. I had to pay for the room at the motel after I already paid booking.com Would never stay there again And I will not recommend anybody else to
