Staff are really nice and helpful, location is amazing there is a bus stop and funicular is 2 minutes away. Room was clean. Good air conditioning.

Great location beside the funicular railway in the centre of town. Plain but comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Very handy for the station.

The location of this hotel is very convenient and you get to see the lake from the window. Also, the rooftop terrace is amazing! This was my thrid time here and the breakfast was great as always.

Excellent hotel in a good location near the station and bars and restaurants in Lugano città. Very easy to reach by car and the staff valet parked my car for me. My single room was spacious with an ultra modern en suite and a wonderful view over the city. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Really nice breakfast which I was able to enjoy on their terrace. Would definitely stay here again.
