Hotel is wonderful, reception team is just great. We needed a breakfast at 5:00 am because of Ironman event and we received it: warm and tasteful.

Location is excellent, very center. Room is newly renovated but seem to me that housekeeper does not clean well, not vacuum well on few occasions. We stayed for 10 days. Twice we did not have soap and hair & body shampoo and have to call the reception for we do not have liquid soap to wash our hands, and one person came up to bring liquid soap. One of the days, we hang "Make up my room" when we left at 9:00 AM, & return at 2:00 PM to rest, and the room was not yet made, so we have to call & tell the front desk to say we will get out of the room at 3:00 PM & please ask the housekeeper to make the room.

The staff and the manager Denis did try and help and were polite. The AC never worked and leaked every night. The wifi was shocking and the rooms were not amazing
