A surprised to us, at least parts of the hotel are 400 years old. The rooms are fresh and ample enough for two and you get a feeling of being at home with all the old artifacts on the walls all over. The breakfast was also Stunning with house cheeses and at least ten kinds of bread to choose from, among other things.

Great location and pleasant views from all sides of the property. There was a balcony and the Swiss Chalet was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and the property was very clean, as you'd expect when checking in. The host was also very pleasing

    Wilderswil is beautiful and peaceful ! We stayed half board which was perfect for us but for people who needed an evening meal very few places to eat apart from hotels. Excellent location for Jungfrau region !!!!

    Beautiful, quiet place.

    Beautiful, quiet place. Even late at night, I knew I was in a good place. Short train ride to all the great spots in the area, and Uber/Taxis are also easy to find. Our hotel was reasonably priced!

    Wilderswil is a beautiful place very near interlaken. It is a very beautiful place and is very well connected by train. We had our lunch at Restaurant Christina just opposite the train station.Lovely food and the staff very polite. Made us feel comfortable. Very good vibe.

    Wilderswil is a small and beautiful town near Interlaken. Although, Wilderswil itself is not a touristy place, definitely, you will find the stay cheaper here compared to Interlaken. It has trains connecting to all directions, so its good choice for stay. The place felt safe, we have walked around even at 11pm.

    Wilderswil is a quiet, beautiful little town just outside of Interlaken. We preferred Wilderswil because Interlaken seemed more crowded and "city-like" than the Switzerland experience we were looking for.

    Wilderswil is a great starting location for the trips in Interlaken / Lauterbrunnen / Jungfrau area. Just a few minutes walk from the hotel is a cogwheel train which will take you to beautiful Schynige Platte and Interlaken lake boat tours are just few minutes drive by car. We enjoyed a very good breakfast and great dinner in the hotel restaurant (tip: try their rösti). Big plus: there are a lot of bear pictures and figures!

    We loved the buffet breakfast which had a good variety of bread, jars of jams, ham, salad, juices, etc. Our rooms were facing the river with rushing and roaring waters, and the hotel was just 5 mins walk from the Wilderswil railway station, nestled behind some quaint wooden cottages. The location also provides a convenient base to explore the whole Jungfrau region, with just a 4 min train ride to Interlaken OST station.

    Proximity to Wilderswil train station (by walking) and Grindelwald (by car). At least two superettes that are open till at least 7pm during weekdays. Within walking distance to an excellent bakery that opens very early in the morning. View of the mountains from the rooms. Hotel provided a tourist card that gave discounts for nearby attractions and free travel on local public transport.

    I like absolutely everything. This apartment for such a price in wilderswil in between Interlaken and Grindelwaldis just amazing. The view from the location was amazing and it was very easy to travel to Grindelwald and lauterbrunnen to explore more. The place is very quiet and peaceful. The host also suggested us her point on our planned spots, thanks to her :)
