The view from our villa was amazing and made all the other issues less relevant. The cleaning and gardening staff were incredibly friendly and kind. The location was really nice - I suggest driving to Marfas Good Hangout for some delicious food only a five minute drive from the gated community.

We had the garden room, located by the pool and breakfast area. Despite this it wasn’t overly noisy. The bed was very comfortable. Depending on who was on duty we received a mixed reception. Our first evening we decided to eat in the restaurant for dinner but the staff made you feel unwelcome and looked miserable. The next morning different staff, different reactions. Food was ok but small portions for the money.

Breakfast was good as was the BBQ option. The manager was nice, he let us get a refund and check out early. The pools and aqua park were good.

Dushi Vida Country Inn is situated in Barber and has a pool with a view and garden views. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay.

The warmth & sympathy at the reception at the hotel. Their professional and excellent attention from all employees we had contact with: 1) the receptionist, 2) the following in turn, 3) the technician solved simple items in the room, helping with the luggage; 4) the gentleman on duty at 6:30 AM. The proximity to the airport offers this property great potential to retain a proportion of forced visitors in connecting flights through Curazao, but at 50% of its rates. Another condition: also offering fair transportation services to restaurants and attractions. Promoting tourism and the economy of the Island.

Nice spacious appartment. Bed and shower was very comfortable. Swimming pool was great and personell was friendly. Everyday cleaning and towel change. Very close to city center on 15 minute walk.

Homey, quiet and nice hotel in a very convenient location. It was away from all the very touristy areas - which we loved - and yet 10-15 minutes away by car from the most important sights and activities. We also had free parking on-site. There is a Chinese restaurant next door, and 2 supermarkets in walking distance. The room was a good size for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children), clean and comfortable. It had a fridge and a microwave, which was very helpful at times. My boys really enjoyed the pool. They used it nearly every day. Breakfast was basic, but with fresh eggs dishes (omelet, scrambled, etc. with ham, bacon, vegetables, etc.) made on order, and served with a lovely smile. Overall, the staff was very helpful every time we asked for something. It was perfect for our 9-nights-stay. We will definitely stay again!
