Not much sadly apart from the staff being responsive and friendly - the shower drain in our room wasn’t working and the reception member responded quickly offering us to change the room without having to waste time any further.

The room was ok, a bit tired but good enough. Breakfast was ok as well and the view was good. The location was a slightly outside the main city but that was ok just a short walk or bike ride or boat ride and you are in the main part which we preferred as it made you visit more places.

Amazing city. Clean efficient and the best food. A great variety of things to do- we didn't get them all done so hope come back! It is a little expensive, so it's with doing some research on where to eat and visit in advance.

I have been to Copenhagen many times, so love coming back. The country is expensive, but everything is clean, the food is delicious, and the people are friendly. We found the public transportation to be incredibly well organized, with buses, trains and metros well connected to each other. A simple "everything" pass gets you unlimited access to all of them.

The city is quite compact and all main attractions are within walking distance of each other from the Tivoli Gardens to Nyhavn. If you like visiting palaces then Rosenborg Slot is worth a visit and the Rundetarn is quite quirky, to reach the top you walk up and internal spiral ramp.

Give yourself plenty of time to visit Tivoli gardens and you don't need to love rides to enjoy, there's still.plenty to see there. (Tip- take something to drink, the soda is expensive, cost us around £10 for two take away drinks!)
The Kings Gardens and lots of the areas around the botanical gardens are free to enter and well worth visiting. The Round Tower is a must see, for the experience of viewing the roof tops!
We walked to see the little mermaid statue one eve, apparently not as busy as during the day, also saw the sun set at the nearby citadel, nice to wander around the mounds along with the locals!
Friends took us by car to kopenburg castle, which is well worth going into. An interesting place, with views acoss to Sweden.

The location is good for travelling to the station, it's barely 5 mins walk from the hotel and very close to the city centre. Smart bar area that serves a variety of drinks. Nice aesthetic downstairs that doesn't quite make it into the rooms. If you like a party and don't need to get lots of sleep, or noise does not bother you much, it will be a good fit for you. It is a very reasonable price for Copenhagen with decent room sizes.
I appreciated the exceptional service from the Absalon Hotel Team. Everyone was nice and helpful.
The prime location of the hotel made accessing major landmarks easy. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Plus, a short 3/4-minute walk to Copenhagen Central Station provided quick access to the airport in just 15 minutes.
It was a real pleasure to stay in the WakeUp Borgergade Hotel, Copenhagen! Excellent location! In the City Centre, close to historic places, museums, beautiful park and Rosenborg Castle! Very close to Metro station and other Public transport.
Very comfortable and clean rooms. The staf is exceptional friendly!
Nice hotel and value for money, easy to reach Copenhagen city centre and attractions, rooms very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, super kind staff, possibility to keep your luggage locked in the hotel until you need
On the surface this hotel offers all you need for a stay in Copenhagen. The room was clean, the surrounding nice, short distances to city centre and main station.
