Very relaxed place and in May still a more normal than touristy feel. Pleasant compact city centre with inhabitants doing everyday things and groups of school children playing games in park. Couple of museums ok otherwise not that much to see. A nice place to wander in and cycle about for a few days.

Lovely area with plenty of parks and natural areas. Good bike trail/path along the river. One of the streets near the hotel was being completely overhauled with great care :paving, cobblestones, trees, small shrubs and plants. And numerous deluge concrete elephants. Parnu is historically connected to elephants.

I used to live in Pärnu for some years and it has always been my favorite town to live in. Large enough to have everything you need, small enough to not get lost in the people and their hurry. Beautiful parks, riverside, lots of greenery, great restaurants and to top it all off - the sea. The summer tourist season can be a bit much for people like me who like more space, but the town itself makes up for that.
Plenty of transportation options from busses, taxis, rental bikes and scooters to even boats to take out in the river or the sea.
Beautiful place, which I always have and always will recommend to visit to anyone who's never been there.

Amazing beach.
Amazing beach. Good restaurants, but hard to get place outdoors and indoors don't have air-conditioning. The quality varies a lot! and you may not get what you ordered from the menu... happened to us in 4 different restaurants and they didn't even mention it, just brought different stuff... and when complained, didn't think it was a biggy. The city centre is closed from cars so be prepared to walk somewhat long distances. Not a problem if you have no disabilities. Lots of things to do for families with kids. Lively summer town, but not suitable for shopping. Mostly good weather and even if it rains, it's still warm. Places are open late which was positive.

It's a beautiful city, but there is nothing to do in the colder weather. Everything closes quickly on Sundays. I recommend visiting this city in the warmer months of the year. Definitely check out Mini Zoo!

It‘s very centrally located within the old town of Pärnu. Breakfast was very good and freshly prepared. For Pärnu it was one of the cheaper options, but it didn’t feel great value for money. But then, with cheaper hotels one can’t expect four star quality. Everything was clean and in good working order. Also the landlady was very nice about our bicycles, which were we allowed to put into the secure court yard.
Enjoyed a lot! Please, keep the same level and attitude and we will keep coming back to Wasa Hotel when visiting Parnu. Thank you for what you are doing. Cheers!
p.s.
We were especially blessed with sunny weather - that helped us to enjoy pool and sauna area by 100%.
I liked everything. An ideal place to stay in Pärnu. The hotel is located a few minutes from the sea and the water park. Large room, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast. You can also stay with a dog 🙂
