Mr Hassan and his collegues from the reception, and also all the other employees at the resort, are very kind and friendly. Every time I'm there, they truly do their very best, to make my stay the most comfortable as possible. I love the spacious, comfortable and light rooms. It's very clean everywhere. The food is great. Fayrouz has a very nice house reef for snorkeling, and it's great that Marsa Mubarak is only 20 min walk away: this is a bay where there are big sea turtles. I keep coming back, and now my friends are too.

Friendly and helpful staff, amazing rooms with excellent facilities, fantastic showers and air conditioning. Now they have their own restaurant, this place has gone from strength to strength and is my first choice every time.

The room is beautiful and spacious. The staff is kind, although a bit too pushy. The food is quite good and varied. We only managed to swim one day out of four due to the wind and waves, but on that one day the sea was very clean and the coral reef was still quite colorful
