I went to the bathroom I washed my hands and I got showered by the boiler overhead leaking, no towels, no toilet paper, the bathroom was flooded. No hot water. Had to change rooms and share with my friend, no refund offered and he asked for a 5 star rating hahaha

The apartment location was excellent. The apartment was very nice and clean, room service was available throughout our stay. And special thanks to Mr. Walid who made us feel at home and was available for all our enquiries. I would also like to thank the housekeeping Nadia she was friendly and always checking in on us to see if we needed anything. Overall our stay was wonderful and we will visit again 10/10 highly recommended.

The entire staff from the receptionist to the security and everyone else involved were exceptionally mannered & displayed amazing characteristics. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had at any place. I would like to extend a special thanks to Basil, Ghufran, & Mohammed for their upmost services because they really helped facilitate many aspects of the trip and made it easier. The housekeeping as well were impeccable. Everyone was truly amazing!
