It is a lovely town, very clean with a good variety of shops, bars and restaurants. There is also the little train which takes you to the old town and through to the to the harbour. Good selection of bars/restaurants to sit in and people watch. In the evenings we went to the old town which is uphill but plenty of seats in the way for a breather. our favourite place to eat was Dracula restaurant near the marina, the goulash is amazing! I would recommend a sunset cruise, it was a lovely experience. The beach is stunning and there are plenty of activities to do. The promenades are clean and welcoming with plenty of benches to sit on and enjoy the view. A walk around the base of the Penon de Ifach (Calpe rock )from the marina is a must, the scenery is spectacular. It's my new favourite place. Exceptional stay – highly recommended! Everything was perfect! The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was super cozy, and the balcony had a lovely view — great for morning coffee or evening wine. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants. Check-in was smooth and the host was very helpful and responsive. Calpe is a real resort, a good quiet place to relax far from the maddish crowd. Very nice people walking along the promenade, no rush at all. We live close to the excellent La Fossa beach. Water was still warm, ca. 20-21 degrees even in November. There are many restaurans along the promenade but we eat usually at home because we had well-equipped kitchen and the Mercadona food store nearby provided us with delicious products. We have been in the center of the Calpe city only once, bus connection is ok.Guest review byJevgeniFinland

The soft seating in the living room were caked in hair. Kitchen facilities are very dated. Had to buy a kettle as none provided (we left it, you’re welcome). Pool was fabulous and the location is pleasant. Quiet and good for a young family. We were greeted by the host Llin who kindly showed us around the apartment. The apartment is lovely and clean, it has everything you need for a holiday in Calpe.
