The resort was amazing, plenty of space for the kids to run around, swim and keep occupied all whilst still being watched by the parents. Kids club has its own dedicated area with a splash zone. The staff are amazing and so friendly.
The room was spacious and clean, the bed was super comfy.
We will definitely be going back again!

A very pleasant stay for a few days whilst transitting.
We were in budget accommodation, but everything we needed.
Staff were beautiful, and nothing was a bother.

Very clean and comfortable suites! The staff are lovely and very helpful. They have partner with a friendly and honest taxi man called Jaf - make sure to make use of his services! Honestly a better, cleaner, newer and more comfortable stay than Sheraton!
Love Denarau
You can walk from one end of the peninsula of resorts to the marina in 30 mins
Beautiful trees flowers etc
you have a golf course, a fun park for the kids
many restaurants and shops
A great medical centre
Many options for a day or week trip to an island
Fijians are always happy and its so good to slow down to their pace of life

Denarau island is the place to stay when you are visiting...
Denarau island is the place to stay when you are visiting Fiji and want to explore. This is where all the day cruises leave from and so you must stay close to Port Denarau unless you want to spend your time and money in taxis. If you stay in one of the Denarau resorts, you can use the restaurants and facilities of all other Denarau resorts which are litertally connected (7 in total). There is also the "Bula Bus" which takes you around the island, comes every 15 minutes, and you can purchase a day pass. Port Denarau marina, is a busy and beautiful place for shopping in the mall and dinner and drinks.

Denarau is nice as a placeholder destination to stay in between Island hopping in Fiji. I spent 4 days here in the middle of our trip but could have done better with 1 night. Seems like it is better suited to families rather than young travelers.

Denarau is close to the airport which makes it ideal if you have limited time like we did. You also have easy access to the port to access other islands as day trips. We did a day trip to Malala beach club. Highly recommended. Rather do the day trip than the half day as you get there early and can get a nice shady spot to sit. Those coming later on the half day trip had struggled to find good spots.
Deanarau is very child friendly with all the activities available.
We had an all inclusive package at the Sheraton which I would not do again. There are so many places to eat and drink so I would probably go this route in future. But we were a group of 6 so it did make it easier not to have to worry about costs over and above what we paid.
It was a most memorable holiday with postcard picture perfect sunsets.

We stayed 5 nights in a 1br ground floor ocean view...
We stayed 5 nights in a 1br ground floor ocean view apartment, 5103, with shared plunge pool. The staff were attentive and went the extra mile to decorate our place for a special occasion. The buildings have seen some action and will need updating in the future, plunge pool tiles were delaminating and the day bed was collapsing. Gardens were nice. The main pools Family friendly, and the Koro Pool for AOs are large enough with adequate of loungers and drinks waiters (on Fiji time).
The Hilton stretches a fair distance along the Denarau waterline so the little busses back to the restaurants and front saves the long walks.
If you are leaving via Fiji airways you can checkin your luggage at the front desk (only three of the big hotels in Denarau have this option).
Not the flashest hotel but well worth the money.

The second room we were moved into was nice, large and comfortable. The pool was lovely and we really liked the adult pool which many people might miss. The staff were super friendly and helpful and it was lovely being back in Fiji. Having a kitchen, washing machine and dryer was great as this made life so much easier. Better than many of the other hotel's rooms on offer.
We find the Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort to be the most luxurious of all the choices on Denarau. We love the atmosphere, the sand and trees around the pools, the variety of pools and the staff always provide exceptional service. A reasonably priced holiday for the whole family to enjoy a week on a tropical island!
Super kid friendly, great pools, a couple of kid free, good choice of eatery’s - a common theme thru Fiji resorts are the amazing staff, so friendly, polite and very hospitable 👌👌
