We were warmly welcomed by the front office and surrounding staff. Pool facilities and views were excellent. I booked 2 rooms which had a joining door but it took time for maintenance to open it. The beds were comfortable. They had Fijian dancing which we didn't know about and missed out by the time we made it to the site. There was a live band on our last night which was nice and we go to enjoy the music and dance.

Customer service was exceptional!! Amazing staff and very accommodating given my unforeseen circumstances and changes that had to be made in the last minute. I would like to take this time to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the staff and management team for going above and beyond in looking after me and ensuring I was ok. Given the crazy ordeal I had encounter in being scammed by a rental car company that caused so much stress and added financial loss, with all my plans not going according to what I had envisioned, however Island Accommodation Team played an amazing part in helping calm my stress levels down. They all showed exceptional customer service and went out of your way to try and accommodate for my needs and requirements and for that reason I say thanks and am truly grateful!! I am in a county on my own without my family, so this was stressful as it was. And then to be scammed by a rental company, left a sour taste in my mouth about this visit to Fiji. And all o wanted to do was jump back on a plane and head home, however, the flawless customer service Island Accommodated Team provided, allowed me to see Fiji for what its true beauty is. And I will not allow the inconsiderate behaviour of an individual or individuals to ruin my prospective of Fiji. As these idiots are a small minority. So thank you!! From the front of house staff to the house keeping team and all those that work for Island Accommodation that helped make my stay in Suva as comfortable as it possibly can be, I say thanks!! Nothing liked about the property. It definitely wasn't worth the money we paid. Expectation was something else but reality totally opposite. I will never stay at this hotel ever.

The staff are so professional, and I loved having daily housekeeping. The room was absolutely worth it. As a local, I thought the food was okay, but I understand the prices are set for tourists.

Holiday Inn Suva is an oasis of calm within 5 minutes' walk of the city’s business district. It offers lush tropical gardens, an outdoor pool with sun terrace, and ocean views.

The modern facility. I enjoyed watching rugby games on the big screen in the bar. The room is clean and wide enough. I came to Suva to watch rugby games, it took only less than 10 minutes by taxi from the hotel to the stadium.
