Loved the spacious room and bathroom. Located near the Saturday market and great restaurants. There is a free parking lot just a short walk away as well. Would highly recommend!

The hosts are very genial and they put on a good show...we liked them. Our room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was somewhat a disaster, however, because water escaped from the shower area very easily and ended up pooling on the floor.

A quirky old house which is both a family home for the owners and their dogs. We really enjoyed the unusual decor and proximity to the town as well as the fantastic view from our breakfast terrace.

Perfect place to explore Provence, it's right in the middle.
Perfect place to explore Provence, it's right in the middle. In the town you will find the basics: supermarket, some restaurants, others. The old towncenter is nice, and late afternoon (not on marketday) we found good parking facilities.
Tip: google maps doesn't know that some streets in the old town are closed and it navigates inside impossible places. It's better to park next to the river and walk 3 minutes to the center.

Saturday market!
Saturday market!
Old city in not too much attractive, couple of street are ok, but rest streets are not attractive, noisy, and a lot of places are full of garbage, waves of smell of sewage sometime attack us

The town of Apt serves as a great base for exploring...
The town of Apt serves as a great base for exploring Provence. We planned a long stay to really cover the area and the smaller towns we wanted to visit was an easy drive from here. There is free public parking in the main town center although overall I would consider Apt a quieter town with little to do at night. We usually ate at another village or had dinner in the flat. There were many shops around. Summer 2022 was exceptionally hot so returning midday to the flat to cool off then venture out again in the early evening worked well. Not recommended though without a car but with a car, the many smaller roads linking the villages made for some spectacular lavender photos (the best fields were random drive by lucky moments!)

A beautiful chambre d’hote in lovely Provençal countryside, perfectly located for visiting this area. The hosts were welcoming, extremely kind, and informative about the area.
The facilities are excellent, including a swimming pool which was very welcome after a hot day exploring the nearby, beautiful hilltop villages. Breakfast was fabulous- the table was groaning with fresh products and homemade items.
The property is located just outside Apt and is very secure with private parking.
Overall, great value for money- highly recommended.

Very friendly hosts, we were contacted by email prior to arrival asking if we wanted to book a 3 course dinner for 25 euro. We were very glad we did. The meal was delicious and generous portions. It was a great choice after sightseeing on an overcast and cool day. Hosts suggested local villages to visit in Luberon and had a fantastic day out. Hosts were very generous with their time and explanations.
Great location in the countryside, not in town but free car parking for our hire car.
