This is a wonderful Cotswold market town, with a variety of shops, bars and cafes. It has some interesting architectural features worth visiting, e.g. The Alms Houses and St.Mary's Church. It would be ideal for a romantic break. It's location is handy for day trips to explore the nearby towns of Moreton in the Marsh, Stow on the Wold etc. The Crown & Cushion is a good place to stay and it has a nice bar. Atmosphere throughout the entire pub is brilliant , it was like you were staying with friends . Excellent breakfast and had a fantastic meal on our final night , pub food at its very best ! Rooms are perfect , we stayed in the annex adjoining the hotel .Tea and coffee facilities even included complimentary Hook Norton beer and bottles of water .
