The staff were so friendly and helpful - I saw Mandy the receptionist most days and she could have not done anymore for me as was true of most of the lovely staff but I didn’t get all their names.
Also had a long conversation with the General Manager who was very receptive to my comments about the rooms and I was shown a recently refurbished room and told they were all in the process of being done.
Great bars and could not fault the food.
Plenty of parking.

The town had a fantastic amount of cafes and eating places. Lots of different shops along the high street. Very attractive area with lots of woodlands areas/trees. Easy access and facilities in place for a good night’s sleep. Comfortable bed and spacious room and bathroom. Friendly staff too. Variety of eating houses just outside. I loved check out time of 11:00. For concern. I would have loved the option of a second pillow in the room and maybe a set time given to guests to be quiet. We found a lovely park to entertain my grandson then went for lunch on the High Street. The house itself is spacious and comfortable, the hosts are next door so can help any time.
