기차 연착으로 인해 늦게 도착하였는데 직원이 늦게까지 기다려 줘서 너무 고마웠으며 친절하게 대해 주었다. 방의 위치가 안좋아 변경을 요청했을 때 흔쾌히 너무 좋은 방으로 바꿔줘 여행을 즐겁게 해 주었다. 아침에 시간이 없어 출발해야 하는데 친절하게 런치박스를 챙겨 주었고 위치는 인버네스 역에서 매우 가까워 모든 것이 액세스 가능한 곳으로 위치는 최상이며 언덕에 있어 전경이 매우 좋았다.
