    We loved our stay, it was just an overnight stay as we had an early flight. Being situated runway side we relaxed watching the aircraft. There was no noise from the aircraft meaning we could sleep before our flight. Breakfast was welcome before heading for check in.

    The shuttle was very good and reasonably priced at 4 GBP per journey. The hotel looks quite classy on entering but the rooms, "restaurant" and bar do not reflect the price of an overnight stay 150 GBP at the time of my stay. For this amount of money I expect to find a conventional restaurant rather than cheap fast food. Breakfast bar accommodates all including continental and, though I eat only a light breakfast, some may decide to get their 150 GBP at this time of day. Room, bed, shower, very average and not up to the overall cost of the stay. Premier Inn for me next time, just further along on the same coach.

    The receptionist told us beforehand what bus to catch to get there when reaching the terminal by National Express. The regular buses were good but it wasn’t obvious where to go when the driver dropped us off. A sign needs putting up there.

    I didn't stay long, just one night.

    I didn't stay long, just one night. This hotel is great as an overnight stay before heading off to London the next day. Easy to reach by car, from the airport there are also buses running that have stops close by the hotel. Building and rooms look a bit dated, but they are comfy and it was very quiet during my stay. Great breakfast. The staff were amazing, really friendly and funny.

    poor value for money, not geared up breakfast wise for business travellers. Staff could have been more helpful. Bathroom beautiful but no hot water to the bath. TV channels missing and no help available from staff. Food from restaurant poor value for money.

    Worst Hotel I've ever been in, in fact we did not stay, we left. The room was exstremely dirty, grey bed sheets, looked dirty, filthy floor, bad smell etc so we left. Please do not book this Hotel!!!!

    It was well located however not well sign-posted! the Radisson Blue and Holiday were seen as soon as you exited the terminal however, the Hampton, no signs at all when leaving the airport, I walked the wrong way for half an hour and had to ask for directions! Walking right out of the terminal I still had to ask if I was walking the right way as there were no signs or logos! And you cannot see the hotel until you walk right to the end of the pavement and arrive at the lift.
