Charming, sleepy and old fashioned. Basic but enjoyable and very typical of the Highlands.

The facility is a short talk away fromt the town. It has facility for bicycle storage which can be full, it is advisable to request ahead. The lodge is mainly configured as share room, but it may be booked as private room with bathroom probably due to low season. The staff is friendly and explain everything clearly. There is commual kitchen, laundry and even a bar.

This cosy hut was lovely for a one night stay - the owners have thought of everything, lots of nods to the bears, and the quality of fittings is perfect. Nice to be able to sit outside with a beer and enjoying the quiet of the surroundings
Just to note that the bed is a little high, in order to provide storage underneath, so may not suit if you have any mobility issues

A well designed studio with everything you could possibly need and a lovely little wildlife garden which could be viewed from the sofa. Many birds and 2 red squirrels were seen.
Fabulous location for walking and enjoying nature.
Fabulous location for walking and enjoying nature. Great to have booked access to the swimming pool. The woodland lodge bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds. The kitchen and bathroom are a little tired but I think this is reflected in the cost of the lodge which is reasonable. Would recommend for families and walkers.

Very peaceful and relaxing, lovely walk to Plodda Falls or you can drive and park, dog falls within walking distance from property but probably best to drive and have more time to walk in Glen Affric and see dog falls and Loch.
Slater's Arms in Cannich great food and reasonable priced , only 10 mins away. Tomich Hotel pleasant and good beer garden, pets welcomed at both properties.
Swimming pool and children's play area in Tomich holiday lodges.
