Good selection but service poor and ran out of items including butter. Told to use margarine.

I liked the walk by the river near the cathedral and seeing all the connections with Elgar (I am a musician). The town centre is pleasant and I felt safe walking there alone. It was a 20 min walk and lovely on a warm summer evening.
I ate at Zizis and it was good.
I liked the fact that I could leave my car off road at the house and walk around without the bother of a car

Royal Worcester Museum is superb and from past experience we like the cathedral. Shops are average although we found a super jewellers (Jill Wheelock-Lines) which is worth visiting again and again.
Lunched at Cote, worst Cote by a country mile we have dined at, how can this one be so poor when the Cote in Peterborough is so good?

The hotel facilities were great and the staff all the way from Check-in to dinner, the spa and room service were excellent
Our suite was huge and great value for money, I would highly recommend to my friends and family
We were able to check into our room a little early as we arrived early and the check-in team were very helpful.
The breakfast in the morning was very good and again the staff who were also working the ight before were excellent.
only thing that could be improved was the dinner we had int eh garden room on the Sunday night was a little bland and did not seem freshly cooked.

first time visitors to Worcester and most definitely will return esp in the summer season; wonderful eating and drink venues, so much history, beautiful old streets and buildings like stepping back in time and an amazing Cathedral by the picturesque River Severn to boot! If you like Stratford Upon Avon you will love Worcester.

If you are interested in history this is the place to visit.
If you are interested in history this is the place to visit. We stayed in the Cardinals Hat which is the oldest pub in Worcester and learnt a lot about the key battle of the second Civil war in 1651 by visiting the Commandery. There are many independent and interesting shops which is a refreshing change to the chain stores in most towns / cities these days. The trip to Malvern on the train (only 2 stops) is a must do. Also the canal boat marina, The Charles II pub is a good place to eat and the Cardinals Hat best place to drink real ale

One of my favourite cities where you can enjoy a walk down to the river, a visit to the cathedral, shopping around the high street and independent shops, or just enjoying the cafe culture and people watch. Great base to also travel to other destinations.

Location to Worcester, comfortable hotel with lots of seating areas for relaxing. Spa was good, bice sized pool for swimming and comfortable loungers for chilling. Bedrooms, clean, everything you need including biscuits to go with your morning cup of tea. Breakfast was good.
Mustafa made our stay, he was the perfect host during our evening meal. Ensured we were well looked after and even gave us suggestions on places to visit in Worcester. Very nice gentleman.
Nice hotel in an excellent locaton in the middle of Worcester. The room was comfortable and the range of facilities in the hotel is excellent - although we didn't have time to take advantage of them. The car park in the hotel is big, but there's also lots of other car parking close by - we used this because it was cheaper.
The Diglis Hotel sits right on the river Severn in Worcester, commanding a panoramic view of the river and walks to the city and the cathedral.
It’s central easy walking to many beautiful points of interest plus easy access by foot to the main town which has many pubs and restaurants on offer alongside varied shops.
Everything OK, bed was clean and comfortable, toilet and shower a bit small but clean, tea and coffee OK. Room decor OK, staff OK. Hotel close to where I was going, don't know what the breakfast was like as I had to leave to get home. Will stay again if going to Worcester in the future.
