We arrived early in the holiday season and not all bars and restaurants were open. As a result it was quieter and therefore visit later if you want more hustle and bustle. The hotel and grounds were lovely and the beach opposite was a real bonus.The breakfasts and coffee in the morning were cold and the staff looked harassed and weren't happy if you asked for replacement hot coffee.Our room was very spacious but it was spoiled by the stained and damaged lamps.When we asked for room service it took two hours to arrive and when it did,we were in bed.The extra touches from the staff which you would expect from a 5 star hotel were not there.Guest review bymaureenUnited Kingdom - 8.0

The hotel is excellent for a family with babies.
The hotel is excellent for a family with babies. There are several pools and also one for babies. The food was good with a large selection of dishes that were also suitable for a child. The hotel is a short drive from the new and old city. The staff was very helpful and nice throughout our stay.Guest review byNirIsrael

From Evi and Magda on reception who literally couldn't be more helpful, to Tony and Panos in the bar and of course the wonderful restaurant team. Great breakfast, very clean well appointed rooms, wonderful un crowded pool area, beach access and, only a short walk to Ixia town. 20min taxi ride to Rhodes Old Town.
