Great location away from a main road which gave us a lot of quiet time of relaxation. Not too far from Kalamaki beach (5min by car, 20 min walk) where we enjoyed sunrise runs. It was fantastic being waken up by singing birds every morning. Very friendly staff who make us feel very welcomed from the moment we arrived. Delicious breakfast including variety of eggs, cereals, cheese, fruit, veg and sweet treats.

We loved the private pool with the comfortable sunbeds, the bed was comfortable and big, room was very clean, they allowed us early check in and they have prepared a honeymoo present for us. Staff was very accomodating and friendly and gave suggestion about which areas/restaurants worth visiting. There is also a thermal pool and spa treatments and they were very good.

    Kalamki strip is about a mile long with plenty of choice of...

    Kalamki strip is about a mile long with plenty of choice of cafes/bars/cocktail bars/sports bars/restaurants mainly on each side of the street. There are lots of opportunities to book excursions, hire bikes/cars etc from the businesses along the strip. The beach is about a 15-20 walk. Buses run along the strip to take you to other resorts e.g Laganas (which you can walk to approx 40 mins) or e.g to Zante Town. Taxi ranks available. There is an excellent adventure golf facility with 2 x 18 hole courses (quite challenging), approx 150 metres from the main road, which are managed and run by D and B's Restaurant - which incidentally serves an appetising range of food and drinks and is best known for its ribs!

    Kalimaki is a beautiful relaxing destination with lovely bars and restaurants with friendly staff. Every place we ate in provided good quality food with a relaxing atmosphere and you were never rushed to vacate your table. It is a very safe place to walk around. Kalimaki beach with the restaurant is absolutely beautiful with calm shallow water and just shouts for you to get in and enjoy, we were lucky to see two turtles swimming when we hired a pedlo. The main town is beautiful with lots of cafe bars and restaurants, the shops are touristy but great for a walk. The oldest olive tree is something you must visit. We have been 4 times and will definitely be back again.

    Something for everyone.

    Something for everyone. Entertainment, quiz nights, Bingo and just quiet places to drink. The restaurants are brilliant (especially the Ambrosia) and the greek food is delicious. The locals are extremely friendly and welcoming

    kalamaki was lovely.

    kalamaki was lovely. It had everything you needed but wasn't hectic like some of the other resorts. If I came back to Zante, I would 100% stay here again and not anywhere else. We had a car and visited everywhere and this was definietly the best resort

    Kalamaki was like most wee towns on the island, very touristy. The many restaurants mostly sold the same dishes, but staff in each place we ate were always lovely and welcoming. The location is good if you're wanting some buzz without it being too rowdy. It suits couples and families. Remedy Cocktail Bar was a brilliant find: such a lovely place to relax, great music, and Skopi and Denise were gorgeous and looked after us well. We were glad we hired a car so we could explore quieter bays for a swim and gorgeous parts of the island.

    Plenty to do, lots of choices for food throughout the day, some bars offering various entertainment during the week. Shops offering food, drinks, gifts etc. Beach is open from 7am to dusk as it's turtle nesting beach so no water sports.

    This was the perfect place for visiting the island. It is close to Kalamaki beach (5 min by car) and to the two cities of Laganas and Zakynthos. The property is stunning - the villa is very clean and has everything you may need. The garden is the best part! And Alex is the best host, he showed us all the places to visit, suggested many restaurants, and helped us to find a rental car.

    Everything was ready to welcome us even though it was a last-minute booking. Clean and comfortable, the surroundings are wonderful with all these flowers and green. The rooms comfortable and we had great sleep after our escapes on the island of Zante. I hope to see you soon again Vaso, thank you!

    The room was spacious and clean. Air conditioning was working perfectly! We had everything we need. We stayed 3 nights and our room was cleaned everyday and towels/sheets were changed once. Hotel is very close to Kalamaki beach and Kalamaki town. Owners were really friendly.

    Hosts were very welcoming. Overall a nice place. Pool super clean. Good location. 10 minutes from zakynthos city and port. Splits the driving distance between north and south of the island (must see). Kalamaki beach walking distance. Laganas beach 5 to 10 minutes away.

    Everything, this hotel is just amazing. The staff, the food, the rooms. If you are looking for a bit of perfection, then this is the hotel to stay at. My children and I stayed at 3 different hotels while we were in zante, and this was the best by far!
