This hotel is very beautiful and aesthetic. We had breakfast and dinner included. The food was tasty and different every day. The rooms were clean, and cleaning was done every day. The beach area is also very aesthetic, the sea is clean, and the views are absolutely amazing. In the evenings, there is live music or a DJ. Special thanks to Vasilis — he was very helpful and answered all our questions. I truly recommend this hotel. If someone asks me where to stay on Zakynthos — I would definitely say this hotel.

I cannot thank enough the Belussi Hotel’s owners and staff. The hotel has an excellent accommodation, the chambermaids let the room sparkling clean every single day. And what about the food? I could write a whole chapter about the food only. You can see Chef is very talented. And it is much more than excellent. It’s extremely delicious. Every breakfast and dinner has different meals, sweets…omg..plenty of salads. I am surely weighing 5 more kilos now. I cannot recommend more Belussi Hotels. Drinks offered are delicious, swimming pool is also sparkling clean. Beachfront is wonderful and relaxing…there’s no bad points on staying here. Renting a car is very handful to go to the best beaches on the island.

Nothing. Room not as advertised. Requested cancellation several times and wasn’t processed. Had to book another hotel and lost the money. Queue of ppl at the reception complaining about several misleading features like all inclusive where they had to pay for simple stuff.

It was perfectly charming place to stay. The garden around the house was magical and the property also giving perfect greek vibe. We really loved the stay. The view and the balcony were amazing. Air conditioning worked well and the apartment was clean.

These were the most beautiful holidays we have ever had. We felt at home—cared for and genuinely liked. The hosts are a wonderful family, and our hearts were stolen by the grandfather, an absolutely charming man. We were treated to homemade pastries, and as a parting gift, we received local herbs. The apartment itself was clean, well-prepared, and had a beautiful, homely atmosphere. The view from the front of the house was stunning, overlooking the sea and Kefalonia, and we experienced the most breathtaking sunrises of our lives there. The house is located away from the city, which adds to its charm. In the morning, we were awakened by a rooster, with the sound of cicadas in the background, and there were many cats around that we happily fed and petted. You can relax on the sunbeds in front of the house and enjoy the peace and quiet. You can park your car in a safe spot right in front of the house. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. It’s beautiful, peaceful, welcoming, and family-oriented. I am extremely grateful that we spent our holidays here.

The host was exceptionally kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout our entire stay. On our last day, we had an unexpected emergency late at night. Despite the late hour, we sent her a message, and to our surprise, she responded within just few minutes. Without hesitation, she came to assist us and provided exactly the help we needed. Her quick response and genuine concern truly made a difference in a stressful moment. The rooms were spacious, and the atmosphere was inviting. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every single day. Thanks to both the warm hospitality and the quality of the accommodation.

We spent 7 days at the hotel, and we definitely have something to say! The atmosphere was incredibly warm, everything was very modern and aesthetic, and the rooms were bright and spotless. Every evening, we could enjoy the sunset from the balcony :) A special thank you to the owner and his daughter — people who truly know their craft and do it exceptionally well. Very enjoyable stay . Everything we needed for a relaxing few days . Beach is right at your doorstep . The owner is lovely and will help with anything you need. Great place to stay with kids, lots of room for them to play on the grass area . You will need a car to get around easily to visit other parts of the island. We loved the quietness of the location . A couple of little taverns along the beach walking distance to all. Also an upside was to be able to use the facilities of the neighbouring resort. Would definitely revisit.
