The hotel is located in a nice, wider place on the main road outside Skiathos town. This opens breathing space and allows a nice view from the balcony, including some slice of sea. There are several good restaurants at 5 to 15 min walking distance in both directions. However, the hotel's own restaurant is exceptional. It's open until late in the evening and is a great option if you don't want to get out. It is also where a nice breakfast is served in the morning. The swimming pool is relatively big and surprisingly deep at one of the sides. There is a small but perfectly sufficient pool bar too. The rooms are basic but clean and functional. On the other hand, the common areas, especially at the front, are a true pleasure for the senses. Great simple Mediterranean design and warm atmosphere. The parking is easy and practical in the rear garden. Some of the best beaches on the island are reachable in 10 minutes by car. Overall, a great balance between silence, nature, style and hospitality (wonderful staff!) We would be very happy to stay in this place again someday.

Our vacation in Greece was an unforgettable experience, and the accommodation played a huge role in that. The room was spacious and with an amazing view!! The staff were very helpful and welcoming. They provided us with a complimentary room upgrade that we are thankful for! The food at the restaurant was tasty and the area by the pool is very beautiful. The location is great, with a breathtaking view of the famous Koukounaries beach but also easy access to it, either on foot or with the hotel buses, which are available every 15 minutes.

Excellently located in a peaceful area, just a 5-minute walk to the center of Skiathos, this adults-only hotel offers an Olympic-sized swimming pool and free breakfast.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, especially thanks to the extraordinary staff, who went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Their friendliness and helpful attitude really stood out. The location is excellent – just a short walk to a beach with the finest, softest sand, making it perfect for families with children. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, with lush greenery, flowers, and trees creating a very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Naturally, this also means you’ll encounter quite a few insects and even some large spiders, so it’s good to be prepared for that. The breakfast was good, with fresh and tasty options, although it lacked variety as the same items were served every day. A bit more rotation would have made it even better. The rooms were very clean, but the high humidity gave them a strong, distinctive smell that persisted throughout our stay. Even though the air conditioning units worked perfectly, they weren’t enough to eliminate the odor completely. We spent a lot of quality time outdoors – whether on the lawn, at the playground, or relaxing on the lovely terrace of the complex. It’s truly an ideal place for families with kids to enjoy some peaceful, quality time together.

Modern suite has its own private terrace or balcony with panoramic sea views. It consists of 2 spacious bedrooms and an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room.
