This hotel is incredible. It is not in the centre (so don’t book it if that’s what you’re looking for!!) but it is very close to the metro (500m away). The staff are very friendly and the room was spotless. You will not find a better-priced hotel closer to the city for this standard. The pool was also a fantastic way to cool down in the evening. I highly recommend.

Cleanliness, staff, location. It is convenient commuting from the airport to the hotel. I arrived at night, then took bus no. 46 for arrpox 55 min to the hotel, the bus stop is just in front of the hotel, so, you don't have to worry! on the way back, I took bus no. A41 directly to the airport. the hotel is connected with shopping mall, and MTR station, while you need to walk to get there, then, you can travel by train to other locations, so impressive for my first trip to Hong Kong. The hotel has good strategy in communicating with guests on what's going around the area e.g. some of construction noise which may occur during daytime from the park works nearby, which I see this as a very miner impact. At night, it is quiet, and I slept very well.

FAQs about hotels in Hong Kong

Style Amidst the Skyscrapers

One of the world’s busiest and most populated cities, Hong Kong is best-known for its stunning skyline with over 1200 skyscrapers and its “East meets West” cultural mix. With architecture and interior design influenced by feng shui and modern technology, this city is truly unique.

Hong Kong offers plenty of interesting city and thematic tours, ranging from cuisine-oriented, to architecture, to nature. The latter is particularly fascinating as Hong Kong has many amazing mountain landscapes, marine parks and the Tian Tan Buddha on Lantau Island is only a ferry ride away.

Kowloon is a busy urban center near Victoria Harbour, where ferries are an excellent choice to see just how tall Hong Kong's buildings actually are. Excellent tax-free shopping can be found in high-class malls, boutiques and street markets.

Hong Kongs’ unique cultural fusion is clearly seen, tasted and heard in the local food, like dim sum from Maxim's Palace or hot pot from street vendors complimented local Cantopop music in the backgound.

Arriving at Hong Kong International Airport you’re only a short trip from the city centre. Whether you’re staying in a chic hotel or a budget hostel, Booking.com has the perfect accommodation for your Hong Kong holiday.

I like the yummy foods including dim sum,mi xian, roasted goose,Egglets, egg tarts ,polo bun etc. Transportation is excellent. You can check the timing for buses and trains easily from apps. There are a few MUST GO museums to visit such as heritage museum for adult and science museum for kids. You may skip M+ if you are not keen about modern Art. The Peak,Ocean park,Lantau Island & TAI O fishing town and Disneyland are the recommended places to visit and have fun. The only drawback is beware of the "water" dripping down on your head when you walk along the streets.

If I were to plan another city getaway, I’d likely choose Singapore or Kuala Lumpur. While there were a few highlights, overall the experience fell short. The hawker markets were average at best, with limited variety and nothing particularly memorable. Ladies Market was decent for a quick stroll, but Temple Street Night Market was a letdown, crowded, repetitive, and lacking atmosphere.

Hong Kong is an amazing city with an unexpected blend of city, sea, mountains and more. If you want to just shop and dine, you'll find tons of options. If you like nature, hiking and the beach, head to the southside of HK Island for some amazing views, beautiful beaches, and unexpected wonders, like the island of Po Toi with it's rock formations and carvings. For the kids and families, a day at Disneyland and Ocean Park will keep you active (and then exhausted). It's a truly fanstastic destination for exploring Asia, bonus--most people speak English, which is very helpful if you don't speak Chinese.

Staying on the Kowloon side gives you the picture perfect view of HK Island from the causeway. Taking the Star ferry to the Island is a real treat, and a hop on, hop off bus (I used the Big bus- highly recommend) is the ideal way to see parts of the Island you would otherwise not be able to reach on your own. I love the fact that HK has looked after it's heritage Government buildings which, amongst all the skyscrapers, are still very visible, and relevant to HK's rich history. A trip up the tram railway to Victoria Peak is a must, as it gives you fantastic views across HK and the Chinese mainland.

Hong Kong is so vibrant. So many different areas to explore. Loved the beaches, mountain hikes, endless shopping centres to suit all budgets. The Peak Tram is a must and is so iconic. Would highly recommend a hike/walk along the Dragon Back Hiking Trail. Amazing views. Then their are the Islands too like Lantau which has Hong Kong Disneyland and many other tourist attractions and hiking. It's also a short (1hr) drive to Macau which is also a great day trip and you can explore on foot.

A good price to quality ratio for Hong Kong, situated near the Macau Ferry Terminal so easy to get to via the A11 bus direct from the airport. 600 m from Sheung Wan MTR station and trams go right by the hotel. 1 stop from Central on MTR. Good offer to have half price a la carte meals if you forgo room cleaning, sheet and towel change during your stay. Pleasant and helpful staff, able to leave bags in secure room prior to flight. Hotel well located near restaurants and 7/11 around the corner

Fantastic hotel located in the Wan Chai district of Hong Kong island. Room was clean and comfortable, and had a wonderful view over Victoria Harbour. Staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast buffet (which was included for my booking) had a nice range of options. It is only about a 5 minute walk to Wan Chai MTR station and the tram line, and it is also close to lots of eateries. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great location. Right on the upper lip of Wan Chai. Walk into the mall and exit and you're into the MTR in no time. The property was also great because it's one of the few hotels that offers a view of the mountain side of Hong Kong. Everyone prides the harbour, but the mountain is beautiful too!
