The closeness to the old town of Trogir was great, a 10 minute walk and you’re over the bridge to the old town. The rooms are very well appointed & I just love the decor. The showers are amazing. The self check in and key less rooms was a first for me but worked well.

Good for a base but will cover the 'island' part in less than half a day, recommend doing trips to Split, boat trips, walk further out to beaches and coastal walks. No high street shops in Trogir, all local shops, one big supermarket, a fruit market, more restaurants than you can count. I wouldn't bother with a car, can do everything on foot, bus or organised trips. Bus to airport is 20 mins max, use the bus app for discounted fares, easy to use. If you go to Bosnia for any trip, it is cheaper so maybe cigarettes, alcohol or gifts better from there. There is one post office and if sending postcards, stamps can only be bought from there not hops or kiosks. While not expensive as such, Croatia was not 'cheap' as I had thought, much like UK, maybe little cheaper, especially supermarket. Cigarettes Trogir about €4.20-€4.80 packet, cheaper in Bosnia by a bit.

Trogir was a little gem we wish we’d planned to explore more! We stayed 3 days in split and one night in Trogir, I wish we’d been able to do two nights in each place instead. Trogir feels very fairytale like with all its little winding streets and tons of history.

A short drive to Trogir old town with plenty to do, we spent quite a bit of time here exploring the narrow cobbled streets, discovering something new each time. We had some fantastic food at Konoba T.R.S - highly recommend and 45 euros for the set menu was a bargain for this quality of food. We also enjoyed some lovely coffee from Tinel coffee shop and more so CHI - they had some delicious pastries, local delicacies. The ice cream seemed to be delicious wherever we went and for only 2euro a scoop in the centre, it was already very cheap! Cafe Smokvica was a cute little tucked away bar with delicious cocktails. I had about 4 of the Mama Huanita (on separate occasions!) Lovely to walk along the harbour front and check out the boards, on the Monday they had a little artisan market with all sorts of bits and pieces to buy, antiques, handmade jewellery, clothes, an adorable wooden toy stand that all looked handmade too. Theres a couple of small park areas for kids but found these too hot most of the time - good for a shady day. Car parking is quite expensive on the Trogir island in the middle but cross the bridge (a short 5 minute walk) and you can get parking for 1 euro an hour on Put kapelice (name of the street).

The town is so pretty, so easy to get to from the airport. Dine like a king, food was delicious. Get the bus to krka falls, just beautiful. Get the ferry across to Split and soak up the history. Beautiful beach resort on Cliovo island, walking distance but you could use bus or water taxi.

Trogir is a stunning medieval old town which we really enjoyed looking around. Like several others we saw on our trip but more well kept without many modern style buildings spoiling the old feel. Quite a special place. However, parking within the old town was expensive at 4 euros for one hour

This place is an absolute gem.

This place is an absolute gem. Quieter than Split, but with all the character of its larger neighbour. Some fantastic restaurants and bars in the little streets but a visit to the local market across the canal from the old town is a must for those who appreciate good local produce. The lavender honey and locally dried figs are not to be missed.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The furniture as well as the tile and wood floor was very nice. The air conditioning was very efficient. This is half-way through our vacation, so it was great to have laundry facilities. The set-up makes it feel very private. It would have been the perfect for a longer stay and as a base to explore other parts of Croatia. It is close to old town Trogir, supermarkets and bakeries. We also chanced upon truffles in the nearby fresh market that are half the price one would pay in Split.

Great hosts, modern apartments and beautiful views to the sea. The pool had really comfy sunloungers and we really liked it there. Walking distance to Trogir old town and Okrug Gornji with really beautiful beaches. There was also a beach right outside, but we did not go there. Supermarket is also very close. Best place to stay close to Split airport. The hosts also allowed us to use the pool on our departure day after we checked out. They really do a good job with this place.

We stayed for one night having arrived in Croatia that evening. Close to Split airport and parking on site. Comfortable room with balcony. Had fabulous dinner on arrival at 9.30pm and a lovely breakfast in the morning, both on the terrace overlooking the sea. Great location and lovely staff. Good base to see Trogir, Sibenik and Krka.

The apartment has been beautifully renovated and is in the heart of the Old Town. Mario is great and very accomodating. We really enjoyed the table downstairs to eat supper or have a drink outside the apartment. This was definitely our best stay in Croatia and we really enjoyed our time in Trogir.
