We ate in a nice restaurant with local food dishes. 1 Very Strong PLUS Point is that Batam Center is located just near the Ferry Terminal! A pretty nice place if you are looking for a short vacation there have nice massage places which is pretty affordable. There lots of local food options and places to visit & also quite a few places with western food as well which are pretty nice to explore. Obviously because of the currency differences, taxi and meals were extremely better. but because of the cost of the ferry ride to and from Batam, it all comes to the same. Unless you're staying for 3 nights or more it wouldn't be worth it. Then again, there's really nothing much to see or do in Batam. Shopping isn't all that great.Guest review byFrobozzSingapore - 10.0
