Friendly helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Comfortable bed & modern en-suite. Half Irish breakfast was more than enough & could have had more if I’d had room. Path to get onto beach right from the car park lovely for an early morning or late evening walk.

Everything was perfect, this is a beautiful property, the photos really don't it justice. The beds are comfortable, the location is peaceful, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need. Location is great, just a short distance to places of interest, 3 minute drive to Duncannon beach. Kathleen is lovely, she wanted to make sure we were happy and asked if we needed anything, she couldn't be more helpful, lovely chatty lady, we will most definitely be back next year!😊
