My recent trip to Ayodhya was made extra special thanks to my stay at IQ Hotel. Nestled just a short distance from the sacred Ram Mandir, this hotel is a perfect example of how a modern property can deliver exceptional hospitality without losing the essence of a spiritual destination. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. The front desk staff was friendly, efficient, and always available to assist, whether it was for an early check-in or helping with local travel arrangements. Their warmth and professionalism made a lasting impression on me. The room was beautifully designed—simple, elegant, and immaculately clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linen felt fresh and crisp. The room had a large window, allowing natural light in during the day, and blackout curtains for a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated the small details like a kettle with tea/coffee supplies, fast Wi-Fi, and a strong shower with 24-hour hot water. One of the standout advantages of this hotel is its proximity to Ram Mandir. I could easily visit the temple for both morning and evening prayers without any hassle. Yet, despite being so close to a major tourist attraction, the hotel itself is serene and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a long day of darshan and sightseeing. Another highlight is the free parking space available to guests, which is a big plus in a city where parking is often a concern. I had driven down from Lucknow, and it was reassuring to find safe and convenient parking at the hotel itself. The property also felt very secure, with 24/7 front desk service and CCTV surveillance, which made it suitable for families and solo travelers alike. I saw many families during my stay, and everyone seemed genuinely satisfied with the service and facilities. Cleanliness, comfort, safety, and location—IQ Hotel ticks all the right boxes.

I recently stayed at Hotel Narayan Niwas, Ayodhya, and it was a truly satisfying experience. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, just a short distance from the Shri Ram Mandir, which made my visit extremely convenient. It’s perfect for anyone coming to Ayodhya for spiritual or leisure purposes. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities like comfortable beds, air conditioning, hot water, Wi-Fi, and neat bathrooms. The interiors are simple yet elegant, giving a homely feel. The staff was very polite, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. They assisted with local directions, temple timings, and even arranged transport when needed. Their hospitality made me feel welcomed and safe. What I appreciated the most was the peaceful environment inside the property—ideal for rest and reflection after a day of darshan and exploring. Cleanliness and hygiene were clearly a priority across all areas of the hotel. In short, Hotel Narayan Niwas offers good value, a great location, and genuine hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Ayodhya.

    Its a city of LORD RAMA. Excellent. Temple is under renovation. Its going to be one of the Seven Wonders of world if properly maintained about cleanliness for visitors. There is need to improve LORD HANUMAN Temple as well at HANUMANGARHI. Because as per Hindu mythology we cannot meed Lord Rama unless we do not get permission from LORD HANUMAN.     Ayodhya is a must visit place.

    Ayodhya is a must visit place. Friendly people and surprisingly they will not over charge. Airport is only 30-40 mins away from the temple. Transportation is easily available. Temple darshan is very well organized. Wheel chair service is an added advantage for elderly and those who are medically challenged.

    I booked hotels thru Booking.com but could not locate the hotel. The phone given to me was inoperative and I was stuck as the address was not understood by the transport golf carts that serve as taxis. As I realised I was tired after my travels and spent no time this and went elsewhere. In this I had to look around 4-5 hotels before I found something suitable to my needs of comfort and pockets. I would like to point out that right now that Varanasi, Ayodhaya, Prayagraj are being heavily promoted by the Government so with all the new attractions there and the hype, the people are coming to these places in millions. Most of the crowd is low middle class and are morning come and evening go visitors but there is a middle class public that needs hotels. I looked around and saw that most of the hotels are shabby homestay stuff. These people have no idea what comfort and amenities mean. Booking.com needs to be careful about hat it is promoting as you will only end by losing the trust of travellers. This visit was an absolute disaster in this regard and annoying because I had to go looking for a place to stay.

    Amazing city. Full of divine spirit.

    Amazing city. Full of divine spirit. Clean and neat, disciplined. Must visit once in life. Next time you will plan on own, no suggestions required. Best period will be between Nov to Feb from climatic conditions. Those who can bear a heat, can visit is March and April also. In rainy season, it may be little untidy because of ongoing revamping process for next 5 years.

    The area was a village. more Roads, Hotels, Shops and transportation need to be improved. The Government is taking initiative to improve the infrastructural facilities which is definitely a positive approach. Ayodhya Rail Station is excellent and there are nice faciliities for the travelers.

    Ayodhya is worth visiting for Hindus from any corner of the world. We travelled to Ayodhya from Delhi in Vande Bharat train, One can cover Nageshwarnath Temple, Kanak Bhawan, Saryu Arti, Hanuman Garhi and Lata Chowk on the first day. On second day early morning, Divya Darshan of Shri Ram Lala at the Recently built Ram Janambhumi temple followed by Guptar ghat where Lord Ram took Jal Samadhi and left the planet for Vakunth. Then visit to Ram Ki Pedi, good place to spend evening and it also has Light and Sound show in the evening. I think minimum 2-3 days are sufficient for trip to Ayodhya.
