The room was clean but only had one window and no air circymulation. The blanket we got smelled. Like it wasn't dried properly.
The service was so so. There was breakfast. But not elaborate and only at a very small time window. If you stay multiple days breakfast will be the same/similar.
We also asked if it was possible to do laundry. The only information we got was laundry is at the other side. No exact address are any intention of help.
Overall the price does not justify what was offered

Beautiful place and not crowded unlike Ooty.
Beautiful place and not crowded unlike Ooty. Many tea gardens. Visiting in monsoon season (June/July) can be a bit restricting because of rain and fog but it’s still worth it. The owner of the property, Mr. Gerald, is a warm and friendly person who has immense knowledge of the place and helped us in planning some part of the tour. He also accompanied us for sightseeing and took us to off beat places which are generally not frequented by regular tourists.
