It’s well located, and there’s a restaurant on the property. We had an upstairs downstairs apartment that was an independent building. The owners are very responsive and lovely.

The property is in a beautiful location with views of the Tuscan countryside and relatively near the coast (about 30-40 minutes drive). We liked the minimal decor of the buildings which combined modern with traditional Tuscan farmhouse. The staff are very accommodating and the breakfast was wonderful with a good mix of savory and sweet items. Simone is very helpful with local suggestions and makes great cappuccinos!
