Management by owners and family. Professional and relaxed at the same time. Small, comfortable with taste.
Good modern restaurant, professional proper cooking.
Rooftop is fantastic anytime of the day, but even more so in the evening and at night. The bar there has quite a good cocktail selection.

The Raffaele Conforti offers frescoed rooms with air conditioning and terrace, in a noble palace of the 19th century. It is located in the historic centre of Maiori, just 100 metres from the beach.

Place full of history and antiquity. The rooms especially were very grand and the paintings on the ceiling and walls were beautiful. The host was incredibly kind and even played us a little bit of piano!

The staff were extremely helpful at the hotel. When we arrived we were given a complimentary upgrade and an early check in. The room was lovely, very modern, big and clean. Particularly liked the bathroom. The best part of this hotel however was the restaurant for breakfast & dinner and the staff! The food was amazing as far as breakfasts in Italy go and the staff couldn’t do more to help you. Would definitely recommend and return to this hotel.

Maiori was authentic and a very gentle way to experience Amalfi. It was so easy to get to other destinations by ferry. We could walk easily to all the amenities. The Path of the Lemons was delightful.

Lovely small resort with some shops and restaurants. 2 supermarkets.
Lots of boat rides to other towns on the Amalfi coast and Capri island.
The beach is mostly private with just a few sections of public beach .
We enjoyed our stay and could have stayed longer.

Since we had a car to go around the Amalfi coast, we chose Maiori as a good option to sleep in because it is much more affordable and calmer than the very touristic and bustling towns of Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi which have crazy prices for accommodation and food. Mayor's restaurants are simple and more authentic with less tourists and more local Italian's and that's when you know that the food will be outstanding! We spent the whole day enjoying the touristic areas hopping from town to the next by car, and then came back to this lovely town to spend the night and the morning next day.

FLAT! Which was much easier for walking!
FLAT! Which was much easier for walking! Great restaurants! The Path of Lemons was a nice 45 minute PAVED walk (one way) with moderate stairs and incline. WAY easier than the Path of the Gods and not even comparable in difficulty! At the end of the Path of Lemons in Minori was an amazing bakery that was visited and talked about by Stanley Tucci (Pasticceria Sal De Riso). We took the Path of Lemons over to Minori and walked the main road back (15 minutes). Maiori is a lot less busy than the other towns on the Amalfi Coast. We really enjoyed our stay there and would go back for sure.

Lovely Italian working town with some tourists- beach with beach bars - churches- quiter pace of life compared to other areas of the Amalfi coast and you can get a ferry to visit Amalfi etc - the buses are busy and it’s a scramble to get on as no-one seems to queue like us so be prepared to be first there and last on or the bus to fly by full

My friend and I stayed in the apartment for 7 days, we liked everything: the hostess is very responsive and attentive, the apartment is clean and comfortable, everything you need for your stay is there: internet, hair dryer, dishes, washing machine, iron, even adapters for sockets. The location of the apartment is excellent: close to the beach, bus stop, and the center. The house is quiet and cozy. Guests need to remember about waste sorting in Italy))

Beautiful location, excellent staff.
No request was too big or small. This is definitely a must stay on your trip to Italy and it’s close enough to drive or take a ferry to the surrounding towns. They are pet friendly. And their beach bar is so convenient for afternoon drinks or those days where you just want to lounge around. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

The apartment is three bedrooms and two baths. It is RIGHT across the street from the beach and has a beautiful long balcony that overlooks the sea. The rooms are updated and very clean. You're also close to restaurants. Maiori was leaps and bounds less crowded than other towns on the Amalfi Coast. A good option for families for sure!
