The property is located in a small town that outlooks the lake. The bright spot is the view from the 5th floor rooftop, however you have to make a reservation. Also the woman who hosts daily breakfast is an absolute joy, super friendly, welcoming and ensures you have everything you need! She should train the rest of the staff! I also had a hot stone massage w/ Christina that was very good and relaxing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lulu House - it was the perfect location for the areas of Lake Como we wanted to explore. We covered Malgrate, Lecco, Bellagio, Mellagio, Varenna & Como in three days. The house was so clean and well stocked with everything we needed including snacks and drinks which was a very nice touch. It has a beautiful garden and secure parking and stunning views from the middle and top floors. The location of the house is a quick walk down to the lake front where you can find a great selection of restaurants and a beautiful path to walk along the lake. We loved the location of this house because it was really peaceful compared to the busier towns and areas we visited.

Amaizing view just outside the door. Good restruant choices short walk down the boardwalk. Plenty of local activites and just an hour drive to Milan for the family members that wanted to do that.
