Excellent location - everything was within walking distance (restaurants, shops, train station, Pompeii Ruins, etc.). The hotel itself was lovely. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive with any requests we had (booking airport transfers and a trip to Mount Vesuvius). There are many options for breakfast and a small bar at reception for drinks during the day. We will definitely be returning!

We were given a great welcome, even with a last-minute booking, both host and staff were very pleasant. Host provided helpful local information. Comfortable, spacious room, clean, efficient A/C.

The location could not have been better for visiting the Pompeii site. Just a few minutes walk to the entry gate. Also , a few restaurants very close by. And a huge plus is parking availability. But it was the staff that made our short stay special. The young lady in reception was so very kind and helpful . The warmest welcome we received on our trip through Italy. Thank you!

Great staff, food amazing
Lovely spa
Would stay again
The Pompei excavation site was outstanding. Go in the cooler weather if possible. Get a guided tour, there's so much to learn about this place. We didn't have time to see Vesuvious or the surrounding area which we heard was quite beautiful. Downtown Pompei is walkable, open square is welcoming and there's plenty of shopping and restaurants. Step inside the basilica and treat yourself to the amazing artwork and the peaceful feeling.

Pompei has some wonderful aspects and some challenges.
Pompei has some wonderful aspects and some challenges. The seafront is really nice once you get to it. The archeological park is nice once you get to it. There are some nice restaurants once you get to them. It's an urban setting with a bit of distance and quite a bit of road/rail infrastructure that makes walking around a bit of a challenge. But such convenient access to the entire Napoli region with the rail and bus service!

Fascinating!
Fascinating! You can easily spend two days at the ruins but the town is also beautiful for exploring as well with its churches and side streets. The central piazza has restaurants and bars and some shops as well. It has three train stations so its worth doing some homework before leaving to make sure you use the correct train line. Most signs are in English but only a little English is spoken by the locals but you can always get by with a smile and your own pigeon Italian!

My spouse and I love history and have been preparing for this visit for months! The work done to preserve this site is amazing. We spent the better part of two days here! We were happy to be there for a special exhibit on the women of Pompeii.
The walking is often difficult, good walking shoes are a must. And at the moment, there is only one dining facility open. The food was fine, but the seating wasn't adequate for the huge numbers of people who visit here every day. And there are only a small number of toilets.

Very walkable bur at times like walking in a giant maze.
Very walkable bur at times like walking in a giant maze. Being somewhat lost wasn’t an issue though. The entire day we spent in the ruins was eye opening and really gave us a perspective of what life there must have been like. Amazing!!!

Great experience to see how people lived 2000 years ago.
Great experience to see how people lived 2000 years ago. Most of the buildings and streets were partially restored to get an impression of the past. The excavations cover a large area, so you should allow enough time to see most of it.

The BnB was very well maintained. It is one of the best accommodations we have stayed in yet. You would have to go to a luxury hotel to find something better. The owner is very helpful and takes a lot of pride in the building and the area. He will give you great tips on where to go and how to get there. A must stay if you are planning on going to Pompeii or even Naples.

Everything .. it was the best hotel and staff i've ever seen in Italy, Mr. Emillio and his wife were caring as if they were our family .. a good location next to the highway, a good pizzaria, a supermarket and a huge commercial mall .. the room was clean and comfortable .. and breakfast was really delicious.

The location was clean, comfortable and near the train station and Pompei ruins.
It was the best accommodation we stayed in Italy on our 12 days trip in several cities. I had low expectations regarding accommodation in this country, but it was acceptable for my standards.

We stayed at some fantastic places in Italy but this was our favourite. Lorena and Guisepe were fantastic hosts, nothing was a problem, their meals were the best in Italy and we will be going back to stay again.
