Our hosts, Stefania and Donato, were so helpful and kind. The apartment is clean, very spacious, and very well lit. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from Minturno-Scauri Train station and 10 minute walk to the beach. The grocery store Conad is a 4 minute walk. There are pizzerias, restaurants, pharmacies, and ice cream shops close to the property, and all within walking distance. I can't wait to go back next year. I would rate this property above 10.

New and very nicely done. Nice place overall. Big bathroom with huge shower. Well equipped. Washing machine - owners gave us a washing gel for free.

Gilda was excellent communicating. Someone was waiting at the property to hand us the keys and show us around. The property was delightful with a lovely little balcony and everything you could need in the kitchen and Gilda had gone the extra mile with lots of other thoughtful things that might be needed. The property was in an idea location for us and had great AC, which is really important for myself.
