The view from our room over the bay was fantastic . Breakfast was what we expected . The room was spotlessly clean and tidy although it was a bit small but we did have a balcony which gave us more space to move around .

Vick Equense is beautiful. You can catch the train from Napoli to here. All of the local shops are walking distance or you can rent a moped to get around. There is a beach which is accessible for a fee. The locals are very nice.

A perfect base to explore Naples, Sorrento, Pompeii. Small and lively but not overcrowded. Lots of bars, restaurants and interesting streets to explore. Amazing views of the Bay of Naples.
Piazza Umberto is a great place to enjoy a drink and to watch the many vintage scooters and cars go by. Very Italian, very lovely .

The property was gorgeous!
The property was gorgeous! The pool in May was a perfect temperature. We loved sitting out in the sun loungers, and having lunch outside.
Any time we went off-property, the concierge gave us a great list of recommendations for meals in Vico Equense or in Sorrento. Travel to both areas was extremely easy and the staff was helpful with directions.

It was a vibrant and friendly town, some nice local shops and some wonderful eating establishments both for evening meals and afternoon treats etc. Seems very family friendly with a couple of children's play areas. Train station was very handy for a short trip to Sorrento or an hours journey to Naples with stops at Pompei and Vesuvius on the way.

Liked the location of the town.
Liked the location of the town. It is busy but calmer than the other more well known towns such as Sorrento and Positano. There is a train station which is on the Naples to Sorrento line. We used this a few times to visit Sorrento ( 14 mins journey). Ferries also depart from Vico marina to Positano and Amalfi via Sorrento where other trips can be taken such as a visit to Capri. It is worth mentioning that there can be steep climbs to reach hotels etc which may be difficult for those with mobility issues.

This property was perfect for our first trip to Italy. The owner Patrizia was one of the most friendly and inviting hosts we could have asked for, providing every amenity required for cooking, cleaning and living. Externally, the location was perfect. Vico Equense is nestled between the bustling city of Naples and the tourist hotspot of Sorrento, providing a comfortable and authentic stay, with beautiful views and blue seas away from the noise of the outside world.
From start to finish this was a great stay.. The communication with staff was spot on. It was easy to find with Vinico's assistance. Great location, close to train/bus, groceries, that's a 30 min walk away. However, the views, beach below etc. were worth the little extRa distance from town. A few great restaurants nearby. Clean, big, comfortable, well equipped. Well run and professional service. One of our favorite spots over 6 weeks in Italy.

The view from the pool and garden is very nice or the coast and vesuvio . There is a small swimming pool and lounge area and breakfast was served in the garden , Italy typical breakfast with biscuits , croissants and coffee/ cappuccino. Owner tried to provide info on the road , but that doesn’t change the difficulty of getting to the place and moving around.
