Beautiful large apartment modernly furnished, with two bathrooms. the kitchen is well equipped, big TV, and comfortable sofa. The whole apartment smells new. On the top of the building is a rooftop with sunbeds. A few minutes from the beach, shops, and restaurants. We were very pleased.

I had such an amazing stay at Baali Diani! The rooms were spotless and well organized, the staff were super friendly and professional, and the breakfast was both tasty and beautifully presented. Everything was just perfect — I highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting Diani!

The host is rude,she confirmed our booking, and then when we went to check in she told us she gave out the room to someone else. She did not email us to let us know the room was no longer available. What pissed me off is that she did not even apologise. She proceeded to tell me that she was not sure I was coming, so when someone else came looking for accommodation, she couldn't say no to money! So rude,arrogant, and unprofessional. We had to start looking for another room which took hours.

    Its a nice place with a beautiful beach with clear blue water. Water in the apartments are however salty, I assume its because of the beach surrounding the area. Food and activities are expensive around this area.

    Ukunda is a great place to visit with family and also friends.The best place to watch the sunset on Kongo river and the beach is clean with white sand. We very much enjoyed each morning watching the monkeys jump around in the trees surrounding us Also amazing food at the estuary with very good price and friendly customer service. Overall : A beautiful 👌🏾 , friendly and peaceful place to be.

    Ukunda itself is full of different kind of problems, but if...

    Ukunda itself is full of different kind of problems, but if we specifically talk about Diani, situation is different. Seaview access hotels are in general above average except, Flamboyant, Safari Beach and Seabreeze of which have many issues. Pricing 80$ to 500$ US. Then in Galu beach lies horrible trap places like this ghastly Coconut Village with incompetent teenagers left as managers. The second strip hotels are passable with pricing 35$ to 120$, but usually lack service ability and professional staff. The beach is very beautiful, but people around hotels hustling bring the experience down even bad.

    There are several sites you can visit and enjoy yourself, people are friendly but tend to over charge non residents so your bargaining power should be up there. Eating out might be costly but if you have full wallet then enjoy. Visit again? Well any day.

    Awesome as it has always been when traveling with children...

    Awesome as it has always been when traveling with children it's the best place with less parties than the north. We however visited club Manyatta and Tamarind which served the purpose right. Do not forget to visit Bora Bora park.

    Depending on your accomodation, Ukunda has everything to offer a few minutes walk from your house.Frrom shopping malls to local shops and groceries, High end restaurants and pubs to your quiet locals with pocket friendly local cuisines, the clean beaches and long relaxing evening walks. Ukunda is the place to relax and play.
