It was overall a good experience at your hotel.
It was overall a good experience at your hotel. Maybe it is more romantic in the winter because we had bad luck with the weather, it was rainy and colder than it normal is for the month of May. I liked the idea behind the hotel to make it like a luxurious castle and then with SPA and modern facilities. It was very crowdy which I didn't expect for end of May. The inside isolation was not good but outside isolation was perfect. The room was very warm even without turning on the air-con. But once more, please, think about on adding some small details for people who bring their first night like married couple. A small card should have been more personal!Guest review byRosiNetherlands

This is unclear if you look at all the photos on booking,com. Please note it is 60 euros per day per person to use the spa. This is not for any special treatments just for the use of indoor pool, sauna, steam room, relax area, etc. Outdoor pool is free and I think the gym (but again was unsure). Spa is not part of hotel facilities it is outsourced to a franchise. As a 4 star hotel I would expect more facilities as part of the room rate.Guest review byDavidUnited Kingdom

There was, though, a few hiccups but nothing alarming. More like… funny incidents. Generally a place I would definitely not hesitate to visit again. Made my 50y birthday very memorable, and the ambiance and overall impression of Urspelt was nothing short of spectacular.
