Excellent value. Very attentive. Menu could have more choice ie small plates or sides. Room service was fine . Room lovely. Shower gorgeous. New bed linen, water and coffee etc replenished when needed. Shuttle to room helpful and to airport. Had to remind staff that dropped us off to take us to the airline check in as requested as it just stopped where shuttle ended. We had special assistance . This was a short stopover to refresh and recharge for another long flight back to our residence. Overall we were pleased we chose to stay here and cut our losses by cancelling our stay at the Ibis KLIA, which was extremely noisy. We did not venture outside of the Hotel as I am not a fan of humidity and heat, but the location offered many restaurants and shopping. We stayed here in a short stop over so only wanted a place to stay, freshen up and swim before our next flight. The rooms are so clean with some of the cleanest facilities we have seen for a long time, particularly for an airport hotel. We are in the restaurant with some of the best service we have had and with the best laksa curry we ate in Malaysia.
