The hotel is super. Soft comfortable bed (I wanted to take it home) Clean, good staff. Despite the fact that there is a railway nearby, you can hardly hear anything in the room. I liked everything very much. There is a billiards table, a recreation area with library. Free parking, McDonald's nearby. Thank you.

Room was quiet, bed comfortable and bathroom well equipped. Location right next to train/tram stops was very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable apartment with comfy beds. Toilet/bathroom was also spacious. The host was wonderful. She contacted me before check in to ensure that I know the way there, giving clear instructions for parking. I arrived sick at the place so I spent the whole of the next day resting in the room. Thankfully the place was very quiet and comfortable so I was able to get better quickly. Breakfast was yummy. My family enjoyed it. The host was nice to give me honey for my sore throat. She was truely very kind, giving me information on where to get medicine etc.

The bedroom was clean, bright, and had good coffee/tea making facilies. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen was lovely. The family were very nice after a bit of initial confusion, largley on my part as detailed below. I was helped up the two flights of stairs to the bedroom by out host, which was very kind. Parking was on the street just outside the property.

The food, staff and room were lovely....wish we had more time to spend to maybe enjoy our balcony and more amenities. The bathroom was amazing nice big tub with jets and a stand rain shower...along with a dyson hairdryer - a great plus and not expecting.
