Good location, close to airport and manawa bay shopping center aswell as my appointment. Bit of rain but luckily that was at night so I could still enjoy a bit of sun during the day. Traffic is busy early around 7-9am and really busy 5-630pm. Manawa Bay is the new place to shop aswell as eat. Lots of discounts. Manakau City, Botany, Sylvia Park, Auckland City and Albany all great places to go.

Sadly Auckland in general.
Sadly Auckland in general. Good hotel that i stayed in but i would never recommend for anyone to walk around the Queen St CBD area after 8pm. Its too rough with way too many nutters wondering around. Viaduct is fine but thats about it.

lots of things to do....there's something for every taste and desire...from shopping, drinking, eating, visiting art galleries, Akl Zoo and museums ...Weather in May was cool but still not freezing. Pack a lightish Jacket and you'll be fine. It was raining one of the days so make sure you have an umbrella handy. Weather is ok for ladies to wear a light top or tshirt with jeans and a denim jacket or something similar? for daywear..Most places you visit if inside have air-con so its warm inside.

Warm, spotless, quiet, luxurious. Great access to Airport & out of the City hustle. Comfortable rooms /dreamy beds / melt in your mouth food. Amazing hospitable receptionist / staff, particularly inviting on arrival & so helpful. Loved Kevin Tautau the Concierge who made us feel like family. Kevin & the staff's hospitality & the exceptional hotel & service is the reason this hotel is the only choice for our family now on in Auckland.
I accidentally mixed my dates up (I'm blaming travel weariness) and arrived a day too early. Thankfully, the receptionist was able to book me into the same room for that night, so it wasn't an issue in the end. The hotel has a very good location, and the rooms were mostly quiet (other than one occasion, which I'll discuss below). Overall, for a relatively cheap price in comparison to most hotels in Auckland CBD, it's good value.
This is by far the best hotel in whole of Auckland has a kitchen full equipped and the rooms a spacious nice and big and it is right in the middle of Auckland cbd so everything is walking distance !! I have stayed at alot of hotels in Auckland and i feel like a lovked animal in them rooms but citylife rooms a way bigger and spacious!!
The staff are efficient, helpful and very attentive. The facilities are clean and tidy, especially the foyer area. The Yellow Bus airport shuttle runs 24/7 through a few hotels close by, really easy to commute to and from Auckland airport. Great value for money.
The hotel was amazing and the staff went above and beyond for everything we needed, the location was perfect reasonable distance to and from the airport as well as the city centre.
