The reception staff were lovely. The bed was reasonably comfortable. There was hot water. The rainforest view was glorious.

Really great stay! The house has a full kitchen with lots of appliances and pots/pans, which was very useful for cooking! The host was very responsive during our stay, and accommodating to us. We had extra guests for the day and she was very kind, letting us have them. She also replied quickly letting us get them through the main security gate to the neighborhood. Overall, great stay!

Fantastic location, wonderful staff and very clean. Be aware that due to the age of the building, you will need to carry your luggage up and down stairs to get to your room. We stayed in a private room and took advanage of the free walking tour that starts at the hotel, which is a great way to get a feel for Casco Viejo.
