Baptiste and his mother were amazing hosts we felt right at home right away. Their home is so clean and beautiful setting. It was so relaxing and we had a later pick up and rhey let us stay to lounge around for the day. Very nice. There was a great market only a few minutes away to pick up some groceries and a fabulous gourmet restaurant also within walking distance. But most of all they are really really great hosts. Right from the start of booking Baptiste helped me with questions about evrry little thing i was worried about for our stay on the island and our connections. He arranged our airport transfer and our transfer to our next destination. It was first class service.

The host Anne and her husband couldn’t be more helpful, nothings a problem, we even had an issue with our next accommodation in Papeete which was proving difficult to solve and Anne jumped on the phone to them and sorted it out immediately, so good. A restaurant up the road Anne recommended was probably the best we had eaten at the whole trip, Thank you Anne

This place would probably suit a small family or couple which had hired a car but not really suitable for lone or travellers in transit. Clean rooms with basic facilities S'market 10 minutes walk. Uturoa 3km, airport 6km. $90 to hire a car or $60 for eBike expensive for local mobility. No bicycle available. Can't take room key off property because potentially losing! Dollar or two to make a spare. Large deposit for gate remote. Why not key code access? Weather cloudy and rainy so excursions not appealing. No internet on arrival at 10am because password in room incorrect so couldn't make use of time for forward planning. Tried to contact host but no response until 5pm All a bit amateur hour and missing that extra thought that takes little effort but makes a big difference.
