Hotel is nice and clean,frustration was the lift situation. The wait for the lift every time we wanted to go in or out was mad. It really feels like there are too few lifts for the number of guests, and we weren’t the only ones commenting on it. It definitely took away from the overall experience.

Breakfast was excellent with good quality and variety of food. Nice SPA area, attentive stuff. Despite that hotel was full, we found a place for parking. Nice view on mountains. Comfortable rooms, enough space for everything, even with 3 grown up adolescents living together.

We have been visiting this hotel numerous times up to the 2020 just before the Covid lockdown. And now, since then, we have visited it again. The hotel has undergone some major refurbishments and it was absolutely needed. The rooms are very light and cosy and the style is just perfect for the amazing highlanders’ village. I have 9 out of 10 as some improvements / fixes are needed such as carpet that is split near the lifts for instance where I tripped over. Not an issue for me as we laughed it off but I guess it could just a matter of time when someone does the similar thing and will hurt themselves. Breakfast is absolutely perfect with so much choice that you’d have to be there for two weeks or longer to be able to try everything you want. I highly recommend this hotel despite some minor issues.

    Zakopane is stunning.

    Zakopane is stunning. It resembles Austria, beautiful mountains, houses and views. We visited the Thermal spa which was so warm and not too crowded. the water was so warm. Facilities were very good and organised. The baths were clean and actively being cleaned all the time. There were plenty of lifeguards. We went on the Funicular where the views are just stunning. There were no queues and plenty of gift shops and bars/restaurants at the top.

    The centre is over exploited and busy, but the tourists are happy. The area above in the forested mountains is wonderful but busy. The town has more than enough to serve anyones needs, from the tacky but fun to very serious mountain hiking. Its a very happy place

    Mu room is just a 20-minute walk from the railway station, we were able to visit many places in a short time, such as Centrum, Old Town Miasto (20 minutes), Krupówki Street (20 minutes), Gubałowsko Ride (30 minutes) and Butorowy Wierch cable car (45 minutes). We covered all these places on foot. Also, since the room is close to Dworzec bus station, it was easy for us to take a bus to Morskie Oko. It takes 30 minutes by bus from Dworzec bus station to reach Polana Palenica Białczańska. From there you have to buy a ticket to go to Morskie Oke. There is a long walk to Morskie Oke which took us about 2.30 hours to complete. It took us only 90 minutes to get down. Zakopane is a really very beautiful place.This is a small hill station full of greenery and mountains. Those who love greenery, nature or mountains, please visit here.

    Absolutely beautiful place, whether you’re into hiking or dining out, zakopane has it all! I did plenty of hiking on my solo adventure, morskie oko was my personal favourite. The Main Street in the middle of town also has a lot to offer, plenty of restaurants and shops! I will definitely return

    The mountains in Zakopane amazed me!

    The mountains in Zakopane amazed me! It was really comfortable to start walking and hiking from the city. The National park is so gorgeous and has many hiking trails to choose from. Also as a foodie, Zakopane is a place to eat. There are many restaurants and also street food. Talking about touristic places, it is worth visiting all of it because of amazing views.

    The city is beautiful, with its own charm, lots of options for eating for different tastes. We had too little time, but we managed to walk the path to the waterfall Wielka Siklawa and Morskie Oko. It was worth it! Traffic on the trails is organized and understandable. You can find out everything you need at the information center. The staff there is very knowledgeable and responsive.

    Beautiful mountain views! I really enjoyed the outdoor spa and indoor sauna, robes, bed was so comfy, everything in the villa was brand new. Kitchenette was shared but has everything you need. Small convenience store next door stocks beer which was handy. You can walk to the main part of Zakopane easily. The receptionist was super helpful and friendly. Would absolutely love to stay again next time I’m in Poland!

    It's a well located hotel. The ski slope is just a few minuteswalk from it. There are a few restaurants, shops and coffee place. They have a new building with new fresh apartments. The apartment was clean, spacious and bright. Allso, a nice thing is a self check in and check out, so you should not worry about time. Breakfast really amazing, as people say on Google maps.
